Each session is a space to unwind, relax and allow our nervous system to balance. In a welcoming and friendly space, I invite you to let go, rest and recharge for an hour and 15 minutes.

All that is required is a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfy clothes and water, everything else is taken care of.

Monthly Online Art Sharing Group
We will meet online for an hour sharing circle, open to all artists from all forms. Each person will be invited to share either a finished piece or something they're working on.
This is a supportive and encouraging environment which helps us to build confidence in presenting our work, using our voices and connecting with other like minded souls.
