Each session is a space to unwind, relax and allow our nervous system to balance. In a welcoming and friendly space, I invite you to let go, rest and recharge for an hour and 15 minutes.

All that is required is a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfy clothes and water, everything else is taken care of.
